Boil water and slice strawberries. Take the hot water and add the gelatin. Stir this and then set aside 1 cup into the freezer. Take the other two cups and pour into 8 dessert dishes. Place the dessert dishes in the fridge. Wait one half-hour and take the gelatin out of the freezer. Place this, one cup cream cheese, one tablespoon Da Vinci Gourmet Sugar Free Strawberry Flavored Syrup and nine or ten slices of the strawberries into a blender. Blend for just a second or two on low. Now take the dessert dishes and divide up all but 16 of the strawberry slices into the dessert dishes. Next, pour the mix from the blender evenly into the dishes. Set back into the fridge. Take the whipping cream and pour it into a big bowl. Add the Da Vinci Gourmet Sugar Free Vanilla Flavored Syrup and the cream of tartar. Whip. Add this to the top of the desserts when they are completely set (in about another 1/2 hour). When you are ready to serve dessert, add one teaspoon Da Vinci Gourmet Sugar Free Strawberry Flavored Syrup to the top of each dessert. For the final touch, add two strawberry slices to the very top.
