Coconut Syrup

Cup-a-Cabana

Ingredients

• 1 oz DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce
• 1/2 oz DaVinci Gourmet Coconut Classic Syrup
• 1 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1 shot ristretto espresso
• Milk
• Ice

Directions

1. Add chocolate sauce to a clear glass of ice.
2. In a cocktail shaker mix brown sugar, coconut syrup and milk. Shake until frothy, then pour into the clear glass.
3. Top with ristretto espresso for layered effect.
4. Serve unstirred for presentation.
5. Tip: Stir before drinking.
