White Chocolate Syrups

DaVinci Gourmet specializes in precisely recreating flavors for our coffee syrups, gourmet sauces and tea concentrates. One of our most popular flavors is white chocolate. In it's candy form, white chocolate has the same smooth consistency of traditional chocolate, but contains no cocoa solids or caffeine. The result is a mild, mouth-watering taste that is well-complimented by a variety of other flavors.

DaVinci Gourmet carries several white chocolate products, including White Chocolate Classic Syrup, White Chocolate Sugar Free Syrup and White Chocolate Sauce. We also offer several recipes using these products, including this one for a Zebra Mocha. This coffee drink recipe combines the smooth flavor of white chocolate and the richness of DaVinci chocolate sauce with the zip of espresso.

Zebra Mocha

Ingredients

• 1 oz DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce
• 1 oz DaVinci Gourmet White Chocolate Classic Syrup
• 1 shot espresso
• steamed milk
• whipped cream
• chocolate sprinkles

Directions

1. Combine sauce, syrup, espresso and milk in a 16 oz cup and mix well.
2. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
