Having an account at davincigourmet.com means a better experience for you. A DaVinci Gourmet® account allows you to receive specials and updates on DaVinci Gourmet products via email. And with all of your information saved, future checkouts will be faster and easier. While logged into your DaVinci Gourmet account, you can also access your order status and previous order history. How Do I Sign Up?

Signing up for a DaVinci account is done simultaneously during the first time checkout process. You will enter a login and password along with all of your billing and contact information that will be associated with the account. If you want to register first before making a purchase, you can sign up at our Customer Registration Page.

I Forgot My Password

No worries! Use our password recovery if you’ve forgotten or lost your password.

What is my login name?

Your login or username is the email address you used to register the account with. If you do not remember the email address, please contact us.

How can I change my shipping address?

To change any of your account information including billing address, contact information or shipping address, you can log into your account and make updates. The account modification page will open as soon as you login.

How long before I receive my order?

All orders will be processed within two business days. All orders are shipped by UPS Ground service and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number will help you identify a specific order if you are contacting us about an issue. The order number is available by checking order history, order status or the order confirmation form that appeared after you submitted your order.
