Citrus Ginger Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Ginger
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chives, diced
- 1/2 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. Sambul Olek
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
Directions
In a medium size bowl, combine ingredients and whisk together. Place seafood or chicken in a shallow baking dish and pour half the marinade on top saving the other half for serving with finished dish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
